Well this is the difference a year makes. The end of a year and the start of a new one always makes me reflective. The decade challenge has made me even more introspective than usual. I started the decade going into a career field I’ve loved and am passionate about and have ended it knowing I may never be able to work in it again. It has made me question so many things and has left me wondering what direction to go now. I’ve even debated whether to continue my Social media pages and blog. I honestly haven’t decided yet. Right now I’m still trying to figure things out. What I do know is I am still focusing on my health and refocusing on my spiritual goals because Ps 127:1 has weighed heavily on me this past year.

Breakfast cookie 🍪 It is a whole food plant based breakfast treat! They are so good! They are from the Blue Zone Kitchen recipes. Simple and healthy. I’m so excited to finally get this cookbook! I can’t wait to start trying these new recipes. These are whole food plant based recipes from the Blue Zones. The BlueZones.com states... Life expectancy of an American born today averages 78.2 years. But this year, over 70,000 Americans have reached their 100th birthday. What are they doing that the average American isn’t? To answer the question, we teamed up with National Geographic to find the world’s longest-lived people and study them. We knew most of the answers lied within their lifestyle and environment (The Danish Twin Study established that only about 20% of how long the average person lives is determined by genes). Then we worked with a team of demographers to find pockets of people around the world with the highest life expectancy, or with the highest proportions of people who reach age 100.
